How to find Lyme View Marina

From the M56 exit at junction 5 and drive past the airport on the A555. Be careful at the exit to Terminal 1 as the lanes to the link road can be confusing.
Continue on the A555 for about 6.5 miles until you see a right turn off the dual carriageway signposted A523 to Macclesfield and A5149 to Poynton. Follow the lane markings for Poynton.
In 2 miles at Poynton Roundabout's Turn Right on to A523 towards Macclesfield. In 400 yards at a mini roundabout turn Left into Dickens Rd. From this point the lanes can be narrow so drive with care.
Follow the road for 1.5 mile, and turn left at a T junction SignPost Wood Lane, In 1/2mile at sharp right hand bend go straight ahead into the private road. Follow road to right over hump-back canal bridge and then turn left into the marina. The site is on the right after the control gate.

Lyme View Marina (SK10 4PH) is just to the South East of Poynton, Manchester. We think that the easiest route to the site is by using the A555 Manchester Airport Link Road that comes off the M56 near the airport and then travel into Poynton using the A5149 Chester Road. It’s a complicated route from the centre of Poynton so for some more detailed directions expand the arrows below.
