From the A65 travelling north from Skipton, take the B6480 into Settle from the roundabout shortly after the Lords Courtyard restaurant on the left. Pass through Settle town centre towards Giggleswick.
Continue under the Setlle - Carlisle rail bridge and over the river Ribble bridge - DO NOT TURN RIGHT TOWARDS LANGCLIFFE BEFORE THE RIVER BRIDGE (the B6479).
Pass the school on the right and then take the next right onto Stackhouse Lane. After 2.15 miles turn right at the Knight Stainforth Hall crossroads, the site is the second entrance on the right.
Do not proceeed any further down the narrow lane after the site entrance. It is not possible to cross the pack horse bridge over the river Ribble at the bottom of the hill.

The caravan park is accessed along the narrow Stainforth Lane which connects Knight Stainforth to Giggleswick. Don’t be tempted to access the site from the village of Stainforth and the B6479 by turning down Dog Hill Brow. The packhorse bridge across the river at the bottom is impassable by motor vehicles and it’s not possible to turn a caravan once you have entered the lane.
